Why I cant use the data quota that I've bought previously?
Try following these steps:
- Try to check whether your gadget gets a signal or not
- Try to check whether the phone settings in your gadget have been set to the by.U (Telkomsel) network or not.
- Try turning ON and OFF Airplane Mode on your gadget alternately
- Try opening your by.U application, go the dashboard, and check whether you have the credit/phone quota or not :(
- Still can't? It looks like you have to contact Nindy via Live Chat
Please include below information to ease us track your complaint:
- Write your complaint
- Print screen the dashboard of your by.U application
- Time and duration of the incident
- Network type that appear on your gadget (2G/EDGE/3G/HSDPA/4G/LTE)
- Speedtest screen shoot
- Apps/web that you can't access
- Inform another number of yours that Nindy could contact
