If I choose to pick up the SIM card at the outlet / booth but the stock isn't available, what should I do?

Don't worry! If SIM Card by.U outlet or booth is not available, you can choose another nearest location that has ready stock SIM Card by.U Providing the followings :

1. Open the by.U application and click "Order Details".
2. Click "View Other Booth Locations" on the SIM Card pick-up page. Please select the location of the nearest booth/outlet.
3. Show the order ID listed in the apps to the clerk at the outlet/booth which you have chosen.
