How to buy by.U SIM card at Indomaret?
If you want to get a SIM card at INDOMARET, you must first order the SIM card via the application/website by.U with the following steps:
- Order a SIM card and select the Pick Up SIM Card/Take SIM method
- Choose the nearest Indomaret location
- Make payments via the application/website by.U
- Get Pickup PIN in your email/app
- Show the cashier the Pick-up PIN to collect your SIM card
The waiting time for SIM Card collection at Indomaret depends on the location of the outlet. But it's more or less like this:
- Java, Bali & Lombok: 1 day
- Sumatra: 2 days
- Kalimantan & Sulawesi: 3 Days
Later, when your SIM card is ready to be picked up, you will get a notification in the by.U application containing the Indomaret pick-up PIN :)
