Why my internet connection is so slow? What should I do?

If you can't connect to internet, try following these steps: 

  1. Make sure the internet setting on your gadget is set to the by.U network (Telkomsel) 
  2. Try to switch ON and OFF the Airplane Mode on your gadget alternately. 
  3. If you still can't connect, chat Nindy directly in live chat!

  1. Write your complaint 
  2. Inform your location & time of the incident (in detail) 
  3. Inform type of device that you are using 
  4. When did your complaint started to occur 
  5. Networks that appear on your gadget (2G/EDGE/3G/HSDPA/4G/LTE) 
  6. Screen capture of the signal bars indicator and speedtest here results if any 
  7. List of applications/websites cannot be opened
