Does by.U have an official store in e-commerce? How to order?
Currently, by.U has 2 official stores in e-commerce:

- Shopee Mall = by.U Official Shop (www.shopee.co.id/byuindonesia)
- TikTok Shop = byu (www.tiktok.com/byu)
And can be accessed during business hours as follows:
- Monday – Friday: 09.00 - 15.00
- Saturday – Sunday: Closed
For how to order by.U products at the by.U official e-commerce store, follow these steps:
- Select the product you want to buy
- Enter the Gmail address that will be used to activate the SIM card in the "Notes for Stores" (Tokopedia) or "Message" (Shopee) column
- Complete the payment
- Wait for confirmation
Make sure you type in an appropriate and active email address without typo. You cannot change the email listed when ordering if you have received the SIM card.
