How do I know if my complaint report has not been followed up yet?

It's super easy, just follow the steps below:

1. Click the profile photo on the "u-Plan" page
2. Click "Problem Report" button
3. Select the complaint you want to follow up

If you want to follow up the complaint report that has been made, you can click "Follow Up". You will automatically be connected to Live Chat to follow up your complaint!
