I already made a transaction at by.U, but i still don't receive the uCoin. What should I do?
If you choose rewards in the form of data quota, you can check first on the U-Plan dashboard to see whether the quota you have redeemed is active or not.
If it hasn't entered, try following these steps:
- Open the "Reward" menu in U-Tainment.
- Click "uCoin" and you will be directed to "uCoin History".
- Select the "Spent" page to see if your uCoins have been deducted.
- If uCoin has been deducted and the package has not arrived, please contact Nindy immediately :)
If what you choose is in the form of a reward voucher, then you can directly:
- If there are problems when redeeming uCoin, you can contact by.U Customer Care via Live Chat on the by.U App.
- If the discount voucher is error or invalid during use, please contact the Customer Service listed on each reward page that you want to redeem.
