Why do I fail everytime I sign up my by.U account?

Oups.. It may caused by one of these problems:

• You incorrectly input your Facebook/Google account's data
• You've ever sign up by.U using that Facebook/Google account
• You haven't switch to Chrome or Firefox browser from default browser on your gadget
