How do you redeem uStamp rewards?

For those of you who want to exchange uStamp prizes, make sure when you exchange uStamp for a gift of your choice, it means you have agreed that the prize is indeed your choice without coercion. So, you can't exchange the gifts you have received :)

Following are the steps for redeeming uStamps prizes:

1. Make sure your uStamp nominal reaches the prize nominal you want.
2. Make sure you have 100 uCoin in your by.U account.
3. Redeem uStamp on by.U app.
4. After you have successfully exchanged the prize, you will receive an email/sms to fill in the data for the purpose of sending the prize that has been exchanged.
5. Later you will receive a gift delivery receipt via WhatsApp message from Nindy.
6. The limit for filling in personal data after you exchange prizes is 3 days after you receive this email. If you do not fill in your personal data within that time period, your prize will be deemed forfeited and the U-Stamp that you have exchanged will also be forfeited.
7. Prizes will be sent no later than 5 days after you fill in your personal data in the form sent via email/sms with the email and number listed on your by.U account.
