How to block the SIM Card?

To block the SIM card, you can follow the steps below:

1. Click “Change SIM card” on the help page
2. Prepare your KTP and NIK
3. Wait a moment, your request will be validated by the by.U team
4. If the request is approved by the by.U Team, your old card will be temporarily blocked while waiting for the process.

Wait a moment, this validation process takes a maximum of 24 hours. You can check the notification inbox to get the latest update
