Can my device use the 5G network and how do I do it?

Good question! The 5G network can be used by all by.U users, because by.U card has already supports 5G networks.

Make sure your location is covered by the 5G network and the cellphone you are using must also support 5G network features. Please check whether your gadget operating system has allowed access to the 5G network in Indonesia or not

To use 5G network on your device/gadget, you can register your by.U number first to get the 5G network here

Also make sure when accessing your SIM Card it is already..

1. Installed in SIM 1
2. Already using a 4G SIM Card (USIM)
3. Cellular data is on
4. The location feature is enabled
5. The location is covered by a 5G network
