How do you top up Credit, Quota, or Toppings by.U?

It's really easy the way!

1. Open U-Plan page, then click the Buy Data/Toppings/Pulsa
2. Select the desired quota/credit amount
3. Choose your Payment Method
4. If you choose the Non-Cash method, you can continue the payment process by following the steps from the payment platform you choose. For non-cash payment options, you can check here (link).

If you choose the Cash Payment Method:

1. Choose cash payment at the nearest Credit Counter/Indomaret/Alfamart location
2. Continue the process until you get the purchase code / QR Code
3. Go to the selected store location and tell the cashier your by.U purchase code and pay according to your bill

You can also buy credit at the counter, but this is only for credit. All you have to do is say your number and say the provider is from Telkomsel~
