Why I can not buy a quota?

First of all, make sure you only have <15 active quota (If your quota has 15 active quota at a time, you have to wait for one of your quota to expire to be able to purchase another quota)

If your active quota is less than 15, try following the method below:

1. Make sure you are using the latest version of the by.U application
2. Force Close your by.U apps
3. Clear cache your by.U apps
4. Logout then re-login your by.U apps
