Why I lost my choosen by.U number? Can I get that number back?
Oups, sorry for that. It might be happened because of:
- You have chosen a number but do not continue to sign up an account within 2 hours
- You have chosen the number but do not order the SIM Card within 12 hours
- You already made a SIM Card order but did not complete the payment process within 24 hours
If you lost the number caused by one of the reasons mentioned above, you have to create a new order and you have to choose new number.
So, please make sure you complete the order and payment before the order expire.
