OMG my live chat session is getting disconnected, what should I do?
Relax! If your connection is lost when doing live chat, when you're online again, you will be automatically connected again with our Officer!

But if you go offline for more than 10 minutes, your chat will end automatically. So you have to open the chat page again and click the 'Contact by.U Officer' button to continue the conversation according to your chat history previously.
