If theres problem with payment transaction, how can I report it?
Let's report your complaint directly by following these instructions:
Click on the profile icon on the apps dashboard
- Select 'Transaction List'
- Choose which transaction you want to report
- Select 'Click If Problematic'
Please include below information to ease us track your complaint:
- Write what you're complaining about
- Write your e-mail and by.U number
- Send your proof of payment screenshot
- Send screenshot of your package's detail transaction page that you bought
