Why I can not activate by.U SIM card? What should I do?
There are several things that you must make sure so that the SIM card can be activated:
- Make sure you activate using the same by.U account as when ordering a SIM Card,
- Turn off Wifi mode on your gadget and your gadget uses the internet network by.U (Telkomsel),
- Make sure the NIK-NOKK data you type is correct and has not been registered in 3 numbers by.U/Telkomsel
- If an 'error' or 'success' notification appears, try to force closed your application first and turn on-off airplane mode on your gadget
