How do I refund a purchase on uStore?
Hi! Good question, if you're refunding an item you've purchased on uStore, you can check the following:
- If the item sent is wrong, please contact Nindy via Live Chat first.
- If the error is from by.U, then the delivery of the wrong item and the delivery of the correct item will be the responsibility of by.U.
- If the error occurs because you placed the wrong order, then the shipping costs of the wrong item and the correct item will be your responsibility.
- If the item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, by.U will replace the item with a new one and bear all shipping costs.
Oh ya, don't forget that every complaint must include an Unboxing Video yaa!
So, please check the order again because once the order has been completed and has been processed it cannot be canceled:)
