How do I return an item to uStore?

If your purchase from uStore doesn't meet expectations, here's what you can do:

1. Communicate and return the incorrect item.
2. Feel free to discuss it directly through Live Chat with by.U Customer Service first.
3. If it's our mistake, both the return shipping of the incorrect item and the shipment of the correct one will be on us.
4. If the mistake is due to ordering error, then the shipping costs for the incorrect and correct items will be the buyer's responsibility.
5. If the item is damaged due to manufacturing defects, we'll replace it with a new one and cover all shipping costs.
6. For every complaint, please include an unboxing video.

So, please double-check your order because once it's completed and processed, it cannot be canceled :)
