What if the reward has not been received after redeeming my uCoin?
If choose to redeem your uCoin with data quota, you can check the quota status on the u-plan dashboard
If you have not received it yet, try following these steps:
- Open the REWARDS menu in U-Taintment
- Click uCoin and you will be directed to uCoin history
- Select the USED page to see if your uCoin has been exchanged yet
- If uCoin has been cut and the package hasn't arrived, please contact Nindy immediately :)
