What if the reward has not been received after redeeming my uCoin?

If choose to redeem your uCoin with data quota, you can check the quota status on the u-plan dashboard

If you have not received it yet, try following these steps:

  1.  Open the REWARDS menu in U-Taintment
  2.  Click uCoin and you will be directed to uCoin history
  3.  Select the USED page to see if your uCoin has been exchanged yet
  4.  If uCoin has been cut and the package hasn't arrived, please contact Nindy immediately :)
